1. Purpose
To support distributors and contractors with long-term and large-volume procurement needs by enabling early planning, stable production scheduling, and better commercial conditions.
2. Eligible Partners
This program applies to long-term partners and those with clear and continuous procurement plans for 2026.
3. Program Highlights
Partners who submit their 2026 preliminary procurement plans in advance will be eligible for corresponding annual support and pricing policies;
Priority will be given in production scheduling and delivery planning;
Volume-based or phased commercial support may be offered according to the scale and depth of cooperation (subject to contract confirmation).
4. Submission Method
